  - Sluggishness on some sites noted

    We are noticing that some websites ( Mapquest, Paypal etc) are very slow to load. Traceroutes are showing the issue may be downstream if it transits through Level3 facilities. We do not have any outage notices but have been watching network times for a few popular sites.
  - Vista upgrade?????

    From our perspective here at Mutual Data, you must have a router to run Vista. We will not offer tech support over the phone to set up a Vista PC. Having a router makes it plug and play.<
