2. The backup power unit (UPS) locked up at our Rainbow Lake site around 11 pm on Friday. Unit was reset and system access was restored.
It should be noted that some sites we do not have 24 hour access and unless the site owner contacted us to fix the problem , we have to wait till daybreak to access the site.

*all speeds are up to and are not guaranteed; speeds listed are download by upload; if you work from home and have high packet or high bandwidth needs, the higher rate may be required ($48.95 versus $38.95). Trees and obstructions do affect your throughput.

We had two power outages today
First a dump truck pulled the wires down at the Gilson road and Colony road tower location.
Second, a Fedex truck caught some Verizon wires and pulled off the power and wiring on our downtown location.
Both have been repaired.

Most of St. Johns was without power Friday night as Consumers Energy did repair work on the power station. As of this morning all systems are reporting back online.
